Judy Barnett – President
Judy attended Mount St. Mary's College in Los Angeles and spent some time in the order of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Crondelet.
Judy served on and was President of the ladies golf group for El Conquistador C.C.; served on and, was secretary for the Board of Southern District of Arizona Gold Assn.; and volunteered at Reachout Women's Center for 15 years. Judy served on their Board as secretary, vice president and president for 3 years. In 2007 Judy was instrumental in bringing Rachel's Vineyard to Tucson and served as co- Director through 2013.

Edward E. Miller - Treasurer
Edward E. Miller is a Certified Public Accountant with 40 years of professional experience in finance and accounting. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of a group of manufacturing companies located in Michigan, Indiana and Ohio, where he retired as their Chief Financial Officer. He formerly served as Treasurer and member of the Executive Committee for Reachout Women’s Center and the Pima County Republican Party, is an Ambassador for the Alliance Defending Freedom and Treasurer for other non-profit organizations. Mr. Miller served in the United States Marine Corps, including Viet Nam during the Tet Offensive, and was honorably discharged as Sergeant E-5. He graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.

Monsignor John J. Cusack M.S.Ed., M.Div.
Monsignor John J. Cusack was born in New York, NY. After graduation from high school, he attended St Mary's College. St. Mary, Kentucky for four years. He attended SS. Cyril & Methodius Seminary, Orchard Lake, Michigan, for one year and then Immaculate Conception Seminary, Darlington, Ramsey, New Jersey, for three years. Upon completion of his theological studies, he was ordained a Roman Catholic Priest for the Diocese of Paterson, New Jersey in May 1971.
Monsignor Cusack was a Parochial Vicar and Administrator of two parishes in the Diocese of Paterson, New Jersey, from 1971 to 1978.
Monsignor Cusack served as a Catholic Chaplain on active duty in the United States Air Force from August 1978 to September 2006. He retired in the grade of Lieutenant Colonel. After his retirement, he came to Davis-Monthan AFB AZ where he served as the Catholic Contract Priest from February 2007 to September 2013.

Mark is a Lawyer who has a practice with his daughter, near Nogales, Arizona. He is our counsel for the Board and together with his wife, an important team member, as well.

Lorenza (Lori) Lopez Wysong P.A.- Board Member
After high school Lori graduation attended the School of Nursing at the University of Arizona for one year prior to joining the U.S. Army. She graduated from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA in 1985 with a degree in Psychology while still on active duty; and graduated from the U.S. Army Academy of Health Sciences/Baylor University with a degree as a Physician Assistant in 1977. Lori retired from the U.S. Army in 1989 as a Chief Warrant Officer 3, and retired as a Family Practice Physician Assistant in 2004 and as a Urology Physician Assistant in 2015.
Lori is active at St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church in Sierra Vista as a Lector, Extraordinary Minister of the Eucharist, Altar Society, and as a Cursillo Leader.
She is a volunteer with the Care Net Pregnancy Center of Cochise County in Sierra Vista performing ultrasounds on women with positive pregnancy tests to determine a viable, intrauterine pregnancy. She helps at Peaches Pantry, putting together weekend food baskets for children of financially challenged families in the Sierra Vista area.
Lori is active with the Women’s Army Corps Veterans’ Association-Army Women United as the Sgt-at-Arms for The San Pedro Chapter 95 in Sierra Vista, is in the National Honor Guard and is currently the National Recording Secretary. She is also a member of the Society of Army Physician Assistants, The Military Officers Association of America, The Warrant Officers Association and is a life member of Disabled American Veterans.
She and Roger have been married for 91/2 years. Since she was in the Army during the days women were not allowed to have children, she has children through Roger who has one son, a step-son and step-daughter. All together there are 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Currently there are also 4 dogs and a mouse (a chihuahua).
